Conceptual phase — defining directions
The Foundation's first months were dedicated to conceptual work — mapping the needs of cultural institutions, local governments and local communities. The five areas of activity were identified: culture, education, digitisation, AI, cybersecurity.
Update content
We spent the fourth quarter of 2023 in conversations with museum curators, archivists, local government officials and representatives of rural parishes. From these conversations a picture emerged: local heritage is disappearing faster than we are able to document it. We formulated the first programme assumptions and prepared the foundation for concrete tools.
