First version of the manifesto — working document

In the last quarter of 2025 we gathered the experiences of two years of work into a coherent identity document — the first version of the manifesto. We formulated 12 programme theses, five areas of activity and seven groups of recipients. The document underwent internal consultations; its public version saw the light of day half a year later.
