Otwieramy archiwum…
Digitisation platform for local government units
Pilots planned for Q2 2026, programme availability Q4 2026

Problem
Public offices still rely on paper, fragmented systems and handwritten signatures. Cloud-based AI assistants are unacceptable for citizen data. No tool combines ergonomics with security.
Approach
An offline-first document workflow platform: routing, digital signatures, approval paths, archiving, and a Bielik AI assistant running on the institution's own infrastructure. No cloud dependency, full control over data.
